With a background in Industrial Engineering and more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Javier Fernández Herrera specializes in global procurement, strategic sourcing, industrial brokerage, business operations, and international supply chain management.
As the founder of Fender Group and Telfer, he has successfully led procurement and engineering projects connecting manufacturers and suppliers across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, supporting organizations in telecommunications, manufacturing, industrial infrastructure, and engineering services.
Today, as Co-Founder of Ethical Advisors LLC, Javier leads strategic projects focused on business planning, operational strategy, and growth initiatives. He works closely with entrepreneurs and organizations to transform business ideas into structured, scalable projects through strategic planning, operational analysis, market research, and investor-ready Business Plans.
A natural problem solver and strategic thinker, Javier enjoys leading projects from concept to execution. His experience spans international procurement, supplier development, manufacturing, logistics, industrial operations, project management, and business development, always with a strong focus on efficiency, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
His international experience working directly with manufacturers and suppliers has provided him with a deep understanding of global markets, commercial negotiations, and supply chain dynamics.
